This session is designed to help providers meet current contractual requirements related to Family Focused Meetings (FFM) through June 30.  The training will review existing FFM processes, documentation expectations, and practice standards under the current contract.  Additional training will be offered once new materials are finalized.  

Please note:  This training will not include new FFM materials, revised tools, or upcoming changes to the FFM model.
